Recovering a forgotten password has some simple requirements to it

You MUST have re-registered with us since the old website crashed
You MUST know the username you login to the new Poodle Pedigree with
You MUST have setup a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS when you re-registered with us
You MUST have setup your security questions
You MUST know what your answers were to the security questions
