After you register, your email address will be verified by sending you a URL by email. Once your email address is validated, a system administrator will need to validate your account before granting you read/write access, which will allow you to modify the database. We reserve the right to deny read/write access for any reason.

The other fields are optional, but useful should a system administrator need to contact you. This information will be kept internal to this site and will not be handed out to third parties.
