enter your email address, leave the password blank and click submit, you will then be taken to this page:

Click on the "click here" link and on the next page enter your email address again and click submit and you will get this message:

 
Email containing your password will be sent to the email address "youremailaddress@yourisp.com". Is this correct?
 

Click yes and you will automatically be sent your password for youremailaddress@yourisp.com
